I've conducted a lot of job interviews over more than 20 years.  Schools I visited include Notre Dame, Indiana, Howard, Georgia Tech, University of Virginia, Duke, NC State and others.  I was thrilled to meet and find out about some really talented and outgoing students.  But I also discovered that some candidates (not the majority) really grooved in the interview... had a knack for presenting what they had to offer in a really effective way.  Others had to be coaxed and helped in getting to the point or locking in on the best example to fit the question.  Here's some tips for having a great interview:
